Service Delivery Officer
Service Delivery Officer
- Haiti
Okra is looking for a Service Delivery Officer to join our team full-time in Haiti.
What you can expect to work on:
- Training customers on how to use the Okra Pod and the Okra Harvest Software
- Physical support of deployments to ensure that they are of the highest quality
standard
- Manage national after sales & troubleshooting of damaged components
- Resolve support requests from customers
- Impact data collection & analysis
- Working with our customers to create and deploy experiments such as productive
appliance use and digital marketing to improve our customers capacity for scalable service delivery
- Manage local staff as required
What we’re looking for (you can still apply if you don’t fit all the requirements):
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineer or / and Strong engineering / technical experience
- Self-motivated / Self - Starter / Decision taker
- Community Engagement experience, using great communication ability and
language skills to navigate different types of communities in Haiti
- Open-mindedness, willingness to learn and use digital tools / apps to boost
productivity & output
We also value these skills (you can still apply if you don’t fit all the requirements):
- Experience with Slack, Airtable and G-suite
- Planning and budgeting
- A data & process driven mentality
- A keen eye for marketing opportunities and content creation
