Abstract
Damilola Ogunbiyi began her roles as CEO of SEforALL, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General for Sustainable Energy for All and Co-Chair of UN-Energy on 1 January 2020.

Her first 100 days have been devoted to transitioning SEforALL to an engagement model that prioritizes data-driven decision-making, partnerships with high-impact countries and implementation on the ground. Her vision is for SEforALL to be at the center of a renewed global compact that recommits countries and companies to the actions necessary to Sustainable Development Goal 7.

This new strategic direction has led to a busy three months for SEforALL during which we begun work on several new initiatives and programs, some of which will directly support the global response to COVID-19. SEforALL is currently working with companies and international institutions to understand and quantify the effects of COVID-19 on the energy sector and to provide sustainable solutions. We are also in close contact with our partners and funders to engage and collaborate on this new strategic direction.

These activities are summarized in this first 100 Days Report: SEforALL and the Decade of Action.
