A SNV está a procura de um consultor qualificado (empresa) para conduzir a revisão intercalar do programa BRILHO. Esta revisão intercalar, "Mid-Term Review" (MTR), avaliará: (1) os resultados alcançados pelo programa até a data, (2) se os resultados relacionados com o programa estão a conduzir aos resultados desejados e (3) avaliará também se a teoria de mudança (Theory of change) ainda se mantém em termos do caso de negócio original.  Os Termos de Referência detalhados podem ser solicitados através do e-mail: mzprocurement@snv.org com o assunto "CONSULTORIA_"Mid-Term Review-BRILHO PROGRAMME".
