The abstract should be submitted along with the title of the paper, list of authors, and their affiliation. The length of the abstract should be within 400 words and should outline the aims, scope, and conclusions of the research. Please do not cite references in the abstract. Authors will be notified within four (4) weeks upon receipt of the abstract.
ON BEST STUDENT PAPER and PRESENTATION AWARDS
- The abstract and the succeeding paper SHOULD be submitted by the STUDENT. The presentation of MUST be done by the student.
- Best Student Paper Awards* will be accorded to a well-written paper mainly authored by the student. Winning papers will also be invited for publication in the International Energy Journal (IEJ) – a Clarivate Analytics-indexed (with Impact Factor), Scopus-abstracted, and EI Compendex-listed peer-reviewed journal owned by the Asian Institute of Technology.
- Best Student Presentation Awards* will be handed to outstanding presentations (full paper will not be required).
- Only entries registered/paid on or before 15 August 2024 (end of early-bird rate period) will be considered.
