Micro Hydro Power (MHP) - Ethiopia, Ererte

The MHP plant Ererte has a capacity of 33 kW and is planned to be inaugurated in Septmber 2011. A total of approximately 200 households will be connected to the plant. The maximum number of potentially connectable households is 700.

- Generator: MARELLI-Brushless Synchronous,1500 rpm, 42 KVA, 33.6KW, 50 Hz, Efficiency - 89%, 380/440V(adjustable), 3 phase series STAR
- Grid: Low Voltage distribution with ABC cable and Wooden pole(2.76Km)
