This Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is made between Ceylon Electricity Board and another party. Ceylon Electricity Board is a body established by Act No. 17 of 1969, as amended and having its head office at No. 50, Sir Chittampalam A. Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 2.
