Abstract | The Towards2030-dialogue Issue Paper No.7 focuses on how carbon pricing schemes could have implications for the achievement of EU renewables policy goals. Its aim is to:
- identify the principal ways in which the evolution of carbon pricing in other countries is relevant to EU renewables policy; - gather evidence on how schemes are likely to develop, taking into account key uncertainties; - use scenarios to explore some plausible outcomes; and - consider their implications. |
