Os objetivos do Programa consistem no empoderamento, capacitação, mentoria e networking através do desenvolvimento de uma ideia e/ou projecto, relacionado com Energia Sustentável, por parte das participantes, fomentando a igualdade de género no acesso à Energia e de acordo com o compromisso assumido pela ALER junto do Gender and Energy Compact, uma iniciativa da Rede Internacional sobre Género e Energia Sustentável (ENERGIA) em conjunto com a Rede Global de Mulheres para a Transição Energética (GWNET) e a Organização das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento Industrial (UNIDO), e apoiada pelos governos da Islândia, Equador, Nepal, Quênia e Suécia.
As candidaturas encontram-se abertas até 16 de Janeiro de 2022 e as participantes escolhidas serão informadas até dia 28 de Janeiro de 2022.
