Le présent manuel «"LEEN : Manuel de réseau » est présenté sous sa version 3.1 abré-gée, en langue française, pour diffusion via RE-ACTIVATE auprès d’experts et d’entreprises au Maroc et, au-delà, dans d’autres pays francophones. Son objectif est d’introduire au Maroc une méthodologie déjà développée en Suisse et en Alle-magne, qui a permis de surmonter la barrière la plus importante pour maximiser l’efficacité énergétique dans l’industrie : créer un « pont » entre l’audit énergétique et la mise en oeuvre des recommandations de l’audit. Dans le cadre d’un cycle pilote, RE-ACTIVATE appuie les entreprises marocaines dans la constitution de réseaux apprenants d'efficacité énergétique (LEEN), avec leur système de gestion (LEEN-MS) englobant les experts auditeurs.
