Description
Conference is coming, and we are planning projects in East Africa to coincide with our biannual gathering. With partners including Barefoot College, Moving Windmills, Tanzania Renewable Energy Association, Powershift Africa and more, we are excited to make this our best conference yet.
We welcome you to join us. There will be remote functionality for the 2-day technical conference, but you will have to join in person to get the practical training — and build small wind turbines at Barefoot College Zanzibar!
We are finalising our agenda, which includes keynotes from the great and the good in community energy, as well as workshops throughout the week to supercharge your work. We have limited slots remaining for contributors, but if you are interested in that, or can support in fundraising and logistics, get in touch: partnerships@windempowerment.org
