Incentivaremos el uso de sistemas de generación distribuida (paneles solares en casas o edificios), apoyando un modelo energético descentralizado, en favor de la democratización de la energía. Para lograrlo:
- Presentaremos propuestas de mecanismos de financiamiento (nuevos o mejorados) para viabilizar la implementación de sistemas fotovoltaicos (paneles solares) en el país.
- Realizaremos procesos de fortalecimiento de capacidades para promover la generación distribuida en Bolivia, orientados a profesionales, personal técnico y/o tomadoras/es de decisión; donde alrededor del 35% sean mujeres.
