Knowledge fuels change - Support energypedia!
For over 10 years, energypedia has been connecting energy experts around the world — helping them share knowledge, learn from each other, and accelerate the global energy transition.
Today, we ask for your support to keep this platform free and accessible to all.
Even a small contribution makes a big difference! If just 10–20% of our 60,000+ monthly visitors donated the equivalent of a cup of coffee — €5 — Energypedia would be fully funded for a whole year.
Is the knowledge you’ve gained through Energypedia this year worth €5 or more?
Your donation keeps the platform running, helps us create new knowledge products, and contributes directly to achieving SDG 7.
Thank you for your support, your donation, big or small, truly matters!

Hosted by the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) and in partnership with local banks, UBA and Access Bank with Technical Assistance Consultant led by Winrock International Consortium, SUNREF Nigeria offers the private sector competitive loans and technical assistance for structuring their green investments so they can seize the opportunities of green finance.
A major goal of the SUNREF intervention is to ensure technical support and standard practices by strengthening the capacity of sustainable energy stakeholders i.e., RE/EE professionals, companies, business associations, manufacturers, agencies, ministries, partner banks etc.
Considering the foregoing, SUNREF is looking to offer scholarship to 35 qualified professionals to obtain ‘Certificates of Competence’ under the National Skills Certification Scheme for experienced professionals offered by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) in Mini-Grid Design (MGD) & Solar Photovoltaic Installation Supervision (SPVIS). The Certification Scheme was launched in November 2021 through the support of the Nigerian Energy Support Programme (NESP) II, a technical assistance programme which is funded by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Power (FMP).
