ACCESS Coalition learning group is consolidating the capacity building and knowledge sharing plans under an initiative  called ‘UP-SCALE ‘ (Building Skills, Capacities and Learning for Civil Society). UP-SCALE will select the most appropriate research and evidence-based work covering different topics and case studies to help increase ACCESS members’ knowledge and capacity on the selected topics. These topics will be preseneted in a series of webinars.

	The ACCESS coalition consists of a range of civil society organisations (CSOs), both international and national working to deliver universal energy access, particularly within Sustainable Energy for All (SEforAll), Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG7) implementation and other global energy initiatives.
	Energypedia UG is a non-profit organization that runs and maintains the wiki-based platform, www.energypedia.info. Energypedia.info is an online platform for collaborative knowledge exchange on renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy access in the context of development cooperation.
