Introducir la movilidad eléctrica en Bolivia como factor para promover tecnologías más limpias y eficientes, mitigar la subvención a hidrocarburos, incrementar el consumo interno eficiente de electricidad, modernizar el transporte público, y reducir la contaminación del aire. Elaborar una propuesta de la estrategia nacional para movilidad eléctrica en el transporte público local. Fortalecer capacidades a funcionarios públicos en el área técnica, económica y financiera avanzada para la promoción y desarrollo de la movilidad eléctrica. Asesorar a la AETN y otras instituciones sobre procedimientos técnicos adaptados para promover la movilidad eléctrica.
