Title
Establishing collaboration council for sustainable green, energy-efficient construction in Mongolia
Organizer
Description
Close to 60 representatives from local government, professional associations, education institutes, and international organizations gathered on June 7 and Nov. 16 to share experiences, align sustainable development goals (SDGs), and establish a collaboration council for a sustainable, green and energy efficient construction sector. Most participants expressed their interest in joining forces.
Initiated by the Uniterra program carried out by Canadian non-profit organization World University Service of Canada, efforts to establish the collaboration council will next be led by the Mongolian Ministry of Construction and Urban Development.
