The assignment:
GIZ seeks consultancies to deliver comprehensive, demand-driven BDS that strengthen Mozambican SMEs in the clean cooking and solar PV sectors. The services will help companies improve operational and institutional capacity, enhance financial management, integrate gender and climate mainstreaming, adopt digital tools, develop last-mile distribution strategies, and prepare for carbon market opportunities.
Impact goal:
Support SMEs, start-ups, and cooperatives to become investment-ready (via BDS) by 2027, fostering scalable, climate-friendly business models that advance universal access and gender equality.
