Invitation to Tender for ‘The Development of an eCooking strategy for Laos PDR'

This is aimed at consultancy organisations equipped to carry out specific eCooking studies and synthesise existing material. Organisations will be expected to identify political, financial, and economic strategies to overcome existing barriers identified in the Laos eCooking Readiness Assessment, including financing models for the private sector and civil society.
The tender is open to any suitably qualified organisation (or a consortium of organisations) from the Asia Pacific region although as the development of the National strategy is being undertaken in collaboration with the Government of Laos PDR, preference will therefore be given to an organisation(s) from Laos PDR. The total budget is not to exceed £140,000 and will be for a duration of eight months, starting March 2025.
