|Job description=Purpose/Objective of the Role

The main objectives of the role include:

Lead design of innovations to streamline MEL Framework, including tools, templates, cross org data and evidence, in close collaboration with the SEforALL MEL Team and others
Dedication to continuous improvement of MEL Framework to ensure systems across the organization are speaking to each other and consistently tracking MEL qualitative and quantitative data (and results) efficiently and effectively
Lead design of conceptual elaboration of further sectoral and social impact across the organization’s Theory of Change and 12 external programmes, in close collaboration with the SEforALL MEL Team and other key stakeholders
Support the design of new programmes and relative logical frameworks, Theories of Change and related MEL Frameworks across the organization
Lead by example in the implementation of all components of SEforALL’s MEL Framework, supporting the organization and programmes where needed to successfully show results and impact
Support the Head of MEL In overseeing quality of MEL outputs and processes, from proposals to grant management / reports, to communicating MEL insights to all key stakeholders
Capacity Building of the MEL Team, ensuring solutions are co-created with inputs from the team while leading the process and supporting team members to learn from the process for future replication.
