|Job description=Description of Tasks
*Support the implementation of activities in the Climate and Development Partnership Secretariat work plan in close coordination with the Secretariat leadership and external service providers (e.g., experts and delegation trips, technical studies, analyses, consulting services, event management);
*Assist the organisation of policy dialogue formats, workshops, trainings and events, including preparation and documentation of dialogue and exchange formats under P+ and NDC;
*Provide logistical and technical support for event formats and travel management for staff and partners within the PCTE framework;
*Support the preparation of status reports, energy-climate policy background and communication with key stakeholders from government, industry associations, academia, and civil society;
*Support setting-up a monitoring scheme for the P+ Partnership;
*Assist and contribute to the development of communication and knowledge products (e.g., lessons learned, best-practice, background papers, factsheets, LinkedIn posts, presentations, publications, and others);
*Support to the short-term, deadline and demand-oriented preparation of procurement request, and contribute to the project reporting, planning, monitoring and evaluation;
*Participation in further core tasks of the project after consultation with the project manager (AV), which contribute to the coherent implementation of the project but at the same time to the own competence development.
