In line with the Leave No One Behind agenda, the GPA engages in global and national advocacy efforts focused on integrating displaced communities into energy and development planning, as well as elevating the voices of people with lived experience of displacement in decision-making. The GPA is steered by a group of 14 humanitarian and development organisations, and its mandate is implemented by its Secretariat hosted at UNOPS.
